Our Special Agents – Career Interview: Zeineb S., Systems and Network Engineer
Can you introduce yourself?
I'm Zeineb SABRI, 29 years old. I'm a Systems and Network Engineer at the PI Services Centre, and I’ve been with the company since 2018.
PI Services in three words?
I’d say PI Services is like a school where we’re constantly learning and developing new skills. There’s also a great, friendly working atmosphere. And lastly, it’s all about continuous technology watch.
What’s your professional background?
I completed my mathematics A-level (Baccalauréat) in 2011 in Tunis, graduating with honours, which allowed me to join a preparatory school in Tunis. I spent two years there, studying maths and physics, which enabled me to get into one of the top engineering schools in Tunis – ENIT.
Just after graduating, I began working as a Network Engineer. Then in 2018, I had the opportunity to meet the Technical Operations Director of PI Services, and I secured a permanent contract in France with PI Services.
What does your job involve?
When I first joined PI Services, I started out in the support teams within managed services. I handled customer support, operations, and ticket management. I quickly upskilled and was able to work across both systems and network areas.
At the same time, I was involved in internal projects and occasionally supported clients with specific project needs. After six months in managed services, I joined one of PI Services’ major clients—where I’m still based today—as a Systems Engineer. I work on project design and deployment, systems, infrastructure, identity, and user environments. This role has allowed me to truly grow in my career and strengthen my technical expertise in the field.
How would you describe life at PI Services?
I’d like to thank the whole PI Services team for giving me such a warm welcome and making me feel part of the company. The company regularly organises events to bring everyone together, maintain team connections, encourage knowledge sharing, and welcome new colleagues. I’m very happy to be part of this great family.
What are your career ambitions?
In the near future, I see myself continuing to grow in my current role as a Systems and Network Engineer. And in the longer term, why not become a consultant or technical expert?
Thank you, Zeineb – we wish you all the best!
