How long have you been working at PI Services?
I joined PI Services nearly a year and a half ago. I had already had the opportunity to work with their teams a few years earlier, and when I moved to Paris, they offered me the chance to join them.
What is your role, and what does it involve?
I’m a Systems and Network Consultant specialising in Identity and Workplace. I’m currently working with a major client, managing around 20,000 workstations across international sites. I support the client in managing and evolving their workstations and provide Level 3 support. I work with both on-premise and cloud-based solutions such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Microsoft Endpoint Manager in Azure, and Active Directory for identity management.
Can you tell us more about yourself and your background?
I graduated in 2015 with an engineering degree in Telecommunications (IT and Systems) from the National School of Electronics and Telecommunications in Sfax, Tunisia. A month after graduating, I joined a Tunisian IT services company, where I worked for nearly five years.
In 2020, I moved to France to gain broader professional opportunities and to work on more advanced and engaging technological projects.
After more than a year at PI Services, how has your experience been?
I feel good within the company and among the teams. There are great opportunities to quickly and continuously develop new skills thanks to regular technology watch and technical workshops.
There’s also a strong focus on both the human qualities and the expertise of the team, which contributes to a really positive working atmosphere.
And looking ahead, what are your ambitions for the future?
I’m continuing to develop my skills through self-learning and with ongoing support from my manager. We also complete two certifications and at least one training course (internal or external) each year, along with regular technical workshops.
Over time, I aim to move into an Architect role, particularly in the workplace domain.
Anything you’d like to add?
I really enjoy working at PI Services because of the strong combination of human values and technical expertise within the team. I appreciate the atmosphere, the engaging events, and the consistently interesting projects.
